Dum Ditty Dum Ditty

Dum Dum Dum...

If you've never read it, its basically a book about monkeys and drums.

Well it turns out a whole new generation is helping their kids to love it. One of my best friend's son was having his first birthday (hard to believe it was almost a year ago that I planned the Milk, Cookies and Bedtime Stories baby shower for them!). And since this is his favourite book she decided to use it as a theme.

I was honored to be asked to make the cake. I may have had a little TOO much fun sculpting monkeys and drums out of fondant.

 I love his little banana! And his belly button.

The cake says "Dum Ditty Dum our Monkey is 1"
